Jose Romero is a freight dispatching entrepreneur with 14 years of experience in the trucking and logistics industry. Over the years, he has worked closely with carriers, brokers, and owner-operators, building a successful dispatch business and helping trucks stay loaded and profitable.

Raised by immigrant parents who valued entrepreneurship, Jose always knew he wanted to create his own path. After realizing early on that the traditional 9-to-5 lifestyle wasn’t for him, he discovered freight dispatching—an opportunity that allowed him to build a business with flexibility and control over his time while working directly within the trucking industry.
